Mary Jane McQuillen

Mary Jane is a Portfolio Manager on the Sustainability Leaders Strategy and the Head of ESG at ClearBridge Investments.

She joined the firm and the investment industry in 1996.

Mary Jane has been with the ESG Investment program since 1996. She also served as a Senior Research Analyst and became a Portfolio Manager on ClearBridge's ESG strategies in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Mary Jane was a Business Unit Analyst at Smith Barney.

Mary Jane is the Chair of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UN PRI) Listed Equities Steering Committee and the ESG Integration Sub-Committee. Mary Jane serves on the Board of Directors for both Net Impact and the Sustainable Investments Institute (Si2). She also serves on the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN) Advisory Committee for the Listed Equities Working Group. Mary Jane received an M.B.A. in finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in finance from Fordham University.
